What we keep

When you look up a price, we may keep:

• the address you look up, including addresses you look up but don't go on to book;
• the answers you give about your lawn, and the estimate shown to you;
• the date and time of the lookup.

We don't ask for your name, phone number or email to show you an estimate.

Why

We use this to work out your estimate, to look up the address so we can confirm a price, and to plan which streets and suburbs we mow.

Where it comes from and goes

Block outlines and address details come from Vicmap, published by the State of Victoria. The site runs on Cloudflare, and what we keep is stored there. We don't sell your information.

Questions

If you'd like to know what we hold about an address, or want it removed, let us know when we're in touch and we'll take care of it.
